What payment methods are accepted on your site?
We accept the following payment methods:

All transactions are processed via secure payment platforms.
Your banking data is never stored on our servers.

Delivery
What is the cut-off time for next-day delivery?
For next-day delivery:
- Order Monday to Friday before 4:00 p.m.
- Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
In-stock orders placed before 4:00 p.m. are generally processed the same day.
If an item is not available immediately, please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days.
What are the delivery fees?

Standard Delivery: CHF 9.90
Delivery between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The Post Office guarantees 95% delivery on the desired date. -
Express Delivery: CHF 18.90
Guaranteed delivery on the selected date, between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Standard delivery is free for all orders over 100 CHF (indicated at checkout).
Do you deliver on Sundays and public holidays?
We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
How do you manage delivery and transport?
In Switzerland, we work with La Poste, among others.
Choosing a reliable logistics partner committed to climate and energy issues is part of our approach. Logistics is an important link: the goal is to ensure quality delivery while committing to a path of impact reduction.
What happens if the recipient is absent?
Delivery is carried out by Swiss Post.
In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left in the mailbox and the parcel will be made available at the nearest post office.
The buyer is informed and accepts that delivery cannot be made at a specific time.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped.
If the carrier has a tracking system, a link will be provided to you to track the delivery in real time.
I found a message from the delivery driver in my mailbox
This means that the delivery driver called but was unable to deliver the parcel.
Please follow the instructions on the delivery notice to arrange a collection or a new delivery attempt.
What to do if the package is damaged?
If the package appears damaged:
- Open it immediately and check the condition of the contents.
- If an item is damaged, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
For quick processing, please provide your order number as well as photos of the package and the affected products.
Products & Commitment
What materials are your Arkki products made of?
Arkki products are made from bio-sourced PLA, a plant-based material chosen for its resistance and low environmental impact.
An alternative to petroleum-based plastics, it is biodegradable under industrial composting conditions and does not emit toxic substances during its decomposition.
Its production also generates a reduced carbon footprint.
Are the vases and planters suitable for outdoor use?
Our vases and planters are designed for indoor use.
Bio-sourced PLA is not designed to withstand outdoor conditions such as prolonged humidity, temperature variations, or UV exposure.
Therefore, we recommend indoor use only.
Can vases and planters be put in the dishwasher?
We advise against using the dishwasher.
Bio-sourced PLA is sensitive to heat and could deform.
Hand cleaning with a soft, damp cloth is recommended.
Returns & Customer Service
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange unused items in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt.
This policy applies to all our products, with the exception of plants, which cannot be returned or exchanged due to their perishable nature.
